Bladder Coating Agent is a semi-permanent tire bladder coating agent with reactive silicone polymer as the active ingredient. This product ensures excellent bladder slippage into the green tire and provides superior release effect after curing.

Application Fields
Semi-permanent bladder coating agent for passenger car tires, off-the-road tires, and rubber products.
Usage Instructions
First, thoroughly clean the bladder to remove any residues that might impair coating adhesion. Apply the bladder coating agent directly to the new bladder in undiluted form by wiping. Allow sufficient time for the coating to dry and bond to the bladder surface. During curing, the agent can be sprayed onto the bladder surface using atomizing or airless spray systems.
The suspension has virtually no tendency toward sedimentation. We recommend gentle stirring during processing for optimal results.
