SR-HRA is a specialized mold release lubricant for rubber hoses that creates a lubricating and separating film on the inner surface of rubber hoses and metal mandrels. This innovative formulation enables easy mandrel removal after vulcanization processes.

Usage Instructions
SR-HRA release agent can be used directly or diluted with water. Depending on the metal mandrel design and rubber type, dilution ratios can reach up to 1:3. Application methods include direct brushing onto mandrels or immersion of unvulcanized rubber hoses.
