A water-based, semi-permanent mold release agent that forms a thin film on the mold surface to separate the rubber compound from the mold.
Product Overview
This water-based, semi-permanent mold release agent contains specially structured polysiloxane that quickly forms a uniform, dense thin film on mold surfaces. This technology reduces adhesion between rubber compounds and molds, enhances product appearance quality, and minimizes mold cleaning frequency.

Application Instructions
Initial Application: Thoroughly clean the mold before first use. For optimal results, spray the release agent evenly onto the hot mold 2-3 times and allow proper curing time. Longer drying times and higher temperatures increase film durability and release effectiveness.
Production Use: After initial preparation, simply spray a thin layer every few cycles and allow curing between applications. The number of continuous releases depends on vulcanization equipment, product specifications, and operating conditions.
