SR-WP Technical Introduction
SR-WP is a high-adhesion, water-based tire exterior coating liquid applied to the outer surface of the tire carcass before vulcanization. It creates strong adhesion at tire carcass joints without affecting rubber bonding integrity.

Usage Instructions
SR-WP is best applied to the tire carcass surface using an air atomizing spray gun. Gently stir the product or roll and shake the sealed packaging drum before use.
Recommended Spraying Conditions
Nozzle Material Stainless Steel
Nozzle Size 0.8 ~ 1.5 mm
Material Pressure 1.5 ~ 3.5 bar
Air Pressure 2.5 ~ 6.0 bar
After long production pauses or shift changes, flush the spray gun with gasoline or high-pressure water to prevent dried coating from blocking the nozzle. Always seal the container immediately after use to prevent moisture loss.
